Having started his Doctorate at the age of 20 at Glasgow Caledonian University, he is currently one of the youngest Doctorate scholars' in psychology in the world, researching resilience in high-performance environments. He is driven to take sport psychology across borders and evolve the discipline to fit the new world. His expertise ranges from research to individual consultations encompassing field observations and competition interventions. He is a high performer himself and strives to balance it with mental health.

Sanika, a former Indian National Table Tennis player knows all too well about the lofty highs of sport success and the perils of pressure. She believes in the best of human behaviour and high performance sport, which is why she was not satisfied with a Masters' degree, and is now scaling a Doctorate adventure. Sanika's mantra is 'one shoe does not fill all' and is personally determined to facilitate cross-cultural support to enable athletes to mark sporting success whilst emphasizing their mental well-being. Diya has always been associated with sport on the field or off of it. A talented Undergraduate at the University of Mumbai, she is now working towards specializing in a field that combines her two passions – with a Doctorate in Sport & Exercise Psychology from Glasgow Caledonian University. A keen communicator with a knack for socials, she leads Discovery Digital with a passion for scientific communication. She looks forward to making a difference in the field by working toward multicultural research advancements and promoting mental well-being in underrepresented communities.
Ambalika is a perfect embodiment of the Discovery philosophy that talent knows no borders. Hailing from Indonesia and having completed her higher education in International Marketing in the UK, she is a vibrant and creative individual who excels in her field. Ambalika constantly focuses on learning new things and she does so fast (perfect for the field of sport).

Having graduated in applied psychology, she went on to specialize in human resource management, marketing and the psychology of advertisement. A high performer in the corporate world with a creative streak as an independent artist, Anwesha embodies the Discovery philosophy of balance.
